Batter up! Enjoy Giants baseball on the waterfront with a pre- or post-game meal and drinks on the waterfront. There are a bunch of fan favorites around the ballpark, including Frankie’s, just steps from the ballpark with outdoor seating and a full menu of waterfront favorites and cocktails.
Red’s Java House at Piers 30-32 is a waterfront favorite with classic burgers and sandwiches, perfect for lunch before an early game (or a to-go option to take with you into the park.) Their daily lunch specials are always a hit!
Hi Dive is just north of the park with indoor and patio seating. Try a drink from their cocktail menu and admire the unique viewpoint of the water underneath the Bay Bridge. Make a day of it for a weekend game by having brunch at Hi Dive before walking over to the park.
Atwater Tavern is south of the park across the Third Street Bridge. Get your seafood fix here with a selection of starters, entrees and sandwiches to enjoy on the bayside patio. They also serve brunch on weekends and Giants game days.
Mission Rock Resort overlooks the Central Basin and southern waterfront. There are plenty of classic seafood options and a raw bar serving local and seasonal fare. The Rock Cafe on the first level offers casual seating for a quick bite before or after a game.
North of the ballpark, Waterbar offers delectable seafood with a prime view of the Bay Bridge, Ferry Building, Cupid’s Span and downtown San Francisco. Take gameday dining to the next level with dinner and drinks here.

McCovey Cove Access
There’s no better souvenir from a Giants game than getting your hands on a home run ball. Visitors planning to hand out in the “splash zone” in McCovey Cove are advised to review the safe boating regulations and follow all posted signage and rules. Kayaks and canoes may be rented for game day experiences through City Kayak located at Pier 40 South Beach Harbor.
Getting Around
Parking is limited (and expensive), and traffic can be heavy on the Embarcadero. Bus, train, bike or ferry options are highly recommended.
The nearest BART/Muni station is Embarcadero Station. Muni streetcars N and K/T provide the most direct route to the ballpark entrance. The Caltrain station (4th and King) is one block south of the park.
Visitors from the East Bay or North Bay can take game day ferry service to the ballpark terminal from Larkspur, Vallejo, Alameda or Oakland. Visit San Francisco Bay Ferry (traveling from Alameda, Oakland and Vallejo) and Golden Gate Ferry (traveling from Larkspur) for service information. Parking is extremely limited on the waterfront, and garages fills quickly on game days.
Biking to the park is great option. On game days, there is free, guarded bicycle parking located along the Portwalk (just underneath the right-field foul pole), provided by the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition. Public racks are located between the Marina & 2nd and King gates.
