Overview
The proposed project includes three major components:
- a new permanent theater to serve as the permanent home for Teatro ZinZanni and its historic “Spiegeltent”
- a 164-room luxury hotel with ground level café and a roof-top bar
- an approximately 14,000 square foot public park
