SAN FRANCISCO PORT COMMISSION NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given to the general public that the San Francisco Port Commission intends to hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the following items and on other matters on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, beginning at 3:15 p.m. or later at the Ferry Building, 1 Ferry Building, Second Floor, San Francisco, CA 94111. The final agenda will be posted on the Port’s website at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. Additional information may be found on the Port’s website: www.sfport.com.
Resolution No. 25-84: Presentation to request approval of revised South Beach Harbor rules and regulations and amendment to the South Beach Harbor fee schedule.– Notice is hereby given that the San Francisco Port Commission will consider a resolution to adopt new rules & regulation, and updated fee schedule at South Beach Harbor, to align with current operational and policy objectives. If adopted, the new rules and regulations and updated fee schedule will become effective January 1st, 2026. Drafts of the rules and regulations and proposed fee schedule are on file with the Port Commission Secretary and, if approved by the Port Commission, will be posted at http://sfport.com/codes-guidelines-regulations. Written comments can be emailed to Jenica Liu, Commission Affairs Manager: jenica.liu@sfport.com.
It is strongly recommended that persons submit their comments in writing in advance of the hearing. Written comments may be submitted via email directly to the Port staff associated with the Port Commission hearing item listed above.
Persons may stream the live meeting: https://sfgovtv.org/sfgovtv-live-events and may offer public comment virtually during the meeting by dialing 415-655-0001, entering the Participant Code posted in the agenda, and when prompted, press *3 to be added to the public comment queue.
Persons who are unable to attend the scheduled Commission hearing may submit written comments to the individuals listed for each item above via email or at the Port of San Francisco, Pier 1, The Embarcadero, Suite 1400, San Francisco, CA 94111. Comments received by 9:30 a.m. on the day of the hearing will be made a part of the official record and will be brought to the attention of the Commission.
