    1.    Welcome
    •    Self-introductions by all present.

    2.    Maritime Update (Andre Coleman)
    •    The Parameter Rate Schedule extension was approved by the Port Commission.  This policy reduced the rent for our harbor service tenants who are renting shed, office, apron, and submerged land. This applied to the Maritime serving tenants at Pier 40 as well.
    •    Retail Fish Sales Program to include live crab sales has been made permanent.  This was approved by the Port Commission this past week.
    •    Chris Connor, CEO of the American Association of Port Authority paid a visit to the Port of San Francisco and toured the northern to the southern tip of the waterfront.
    •    Bay Area Council’s, The Klamath, has arrived at Pier 9 South.  The opening ceremony will be held on September 21, 2022.
    •    Silverado has made great progress in improving select parcels at Pier 68 shipyard.
    •    We have 19 cruise calls in September and 18 in October.  Pier 30/32 will be activated after 10 years.
    •    We will have four vessels for Fleet Week.  They will be docked at Pier 35 and Piers 30/32.

    3.    Waterfront Seismic Assessment (Matt Wickens)
    •    The Waterfront Seismic Assessment derived from the direction of the Port Commission to further the understanding of seismic hazards and vulnerabilities to the southern waterfront facilities.
    •    Please view the presentation under supporting documents.
