Guest reservations for vessels under 50' may be made anytime up to two calendar months in advance of the arrival date (e.g., the earliest date that reservations can be made for April 15 would be February 15).
Guest rates:
- Up to 3 hours – Flat rate of $25.00 (for vessels LOA no longer than 50’)

- Note: Flat rates are not available on Giant's game days and other special event days
- More than 3 Hours - $1.25 per foot, per day (minimum $35.00)
Please note: Vessel more than the allowed beam width may be subject to additional fees.
Transients / Guest are provided:
- 1 or 2 key cards to access our facilities. Card keys will access the boater's restroom, shower, coin operated laundry room.
- Lost card keys are $20 each.
- Card keys can be dropped off at Gate 2 drop box.
All rates and policies are subject to change. We also ONLY accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, ApplePay, check, and money order. We no longer accept cash. All slips are concrete docks; most are double loaded, single finger berths. All (except side ties) slips have a 15 square foot dock box, with water and electrical service included.
Pigtails / Power adaptors: If you require a pigtail, please have a check for $250.00 or Cash of $200.00 as a deposit. The check will be returned or shredded and/or cash will be returned. DO NOT provide the deposit without pigtail in hand. When in doubt, call the harbormaster's office at 415.495.4911 or security at 415.608.1951.
