Summary of Scope: The Port requires the expertise of qualified consultants capable of providing environmental and related professional services on an as-needed basis. Requested services may involve an entire project, several projects, part of a project, or a project phase. Consultants who are awarded contracts under this RFQ may be expected to work in conjunction with the Port’s technical staff and/or other consultants hired by the Port as part of a project team.

Estimated Not-To-Exceed for each contract: $2,500,000 each for immediate award Number of
Contracts expected to be awarded: Up to 3 as-needed multiple-project contracts, with additional contracts awarded to prequalified pool.
Desired Start Date: January 2023
Estimated Contract Term: Original as-needed contracts will be 4 years, with option to extend for 1 additional year. Additional contracts awarded to prequalified pool may vary in term and Not-To- Exceed amount.
Subcontracting Requirement: The Local Business Enterprises subcontracting requirement under this solicitation is 15%.
