Summary of Scope of Work
The Port has identified three distinct areas for conceptual and detailed engineering services to advance WRP goals collectively known as the “Three Embarcadero Early Projects”). Services will include preparation of conceptual engineering reports, basis of design documents, surveys and investigations, construction documents, cost estimating, construction schedule, CEQA and regulatory permit support, and design support services during the bidding, construction, and closeout phases including submittal review, Requests for Information’s, design changes, and other design related support. The Three Embarcadero Early Projects are high priority and primarily funded by the 2018 Seawall GO Bond.
