The Port of San Francisco Waterfront Land Use Plan ("Waterfront Plan") sets forth land use and urban design policies for the 7 ½ miles of piers, shoreline and nearby lands under the jurisdiction of the San Francisco Port Commission, from Fisherman’s Wharf to India Basin.

A major public process is now underway to update the Waterfront Plan, and this is a great time to get involved.  The Waterfront Plan Working Group, assisted by seven Advisory Teams, is holding public meetings to develop recommendations for the Waterfront Plan Update.  Learn more about the Port, and the future needs, challenges and opportunities ahead, including the Seawall Resiliency Project.  Three Working Group subcommittees have been created to focus on Land UseResilience, and Transportation issues to be addressed in the Waterfront Plan Update.  All meetings are open to the public, and all meeting information and documents are provided on these webpages.
