PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposed project includes three major components:
- a new permanent theater to serve as the permanent home for Teatro ZinZanni and its historic “Spiegeltent”
- a boutique hotel with approximately 192 rooms with ancillary retail/commercial spaces
- an approximately 14,000 square foot privately financed park at the northern end of the Site
- Project sponsor - TZK Broadway, LLC and Teatro ZinZanni
- Architects - Hornberger + Worstell
- General contractor - DPR Construction
