PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The proposed project includes three major components:

  • a new permanent theater to serve as the permanent home for Teatro ZinZanni and its historic “Spiegeltent”
  • a boutique hotel with approximately 200 rooms with ancillary retail/commercial spaces
  • an approximately 7,500 square foot privately financed park at the northern end of the Site
